Regression:Manage exception entry is not displayed in chrome://settings/content

Chrome Version: 52.0.2726.0 (Official Build)58a611fea9de21de789f594b0e95c5147d74b519-refs/heads/master@{#391959} 32/64-bit.
OS:Windows(7,8,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and navigate to any webpage for e.g. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/
2.Press ctrl ++ to zoom in the page and navigate to chrome://settings/contentExceptions#zoomlevels ,Observe.

Actual: Zoom entry is not displayed in chrome://settings/contentExceptions#zoomlevels

Expected: Zoom entry should be displayed in chrome://settings/contentExceptions#zoomlevels


This is a regression issue broken in 'M52' and will soon update other info.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7 using chrome latest canary M52-52.0.2730.0. Observed the zoom entry is displayed as expected under chrome://settings/contentExceptions#zoomlevels.

jshanbal@ - Could you please recheck this issue on latest chrome canary and kindly update this bug with latest behavior.

This issue is fixed as the offending CL is reverted and below is the Review CL for the same. That might be the reason for this issue not reproducible anymore.

Yes, I verified that my earlier CL caused the bug and reverted it.  Setting bug to Fixed.

Verified in Canary 52.0.2730.0 that the list of exceptions is visible in chrome://settings/content
