[Regression] DevTools: 3D preview of device orientation is inaccurate |

Issue descriptionVersion: 52.0.2726.0 OS: All What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open devtools, go to sensors drawer (2) Select "Portrait" the 3D phone slightly What is the expected output? The value of beta should be near 90 What do you see instead? Notice that the beta value is close to 0 Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
