Device: Quawks
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Join apprtc call using https://appr.tc/r/roomname from two machines : device Quawks and desktop(Linux)
(2)Open the javascript console (alt+cmd+j or ctr+shift+j) and watch for any errors
(3) Listen for audio disruptions and watch for video stutter
What is the expected output?
Audio quality should be good without any hitches.
Video framerate should be constant and smooth without too much jitter and freezes.
What do you see instead?
After few minutes of apprtc call, no audio is heard and video freezes on the both desktop and device Quawks
Notes:
1. This issue is seen 2/4 times
2. Device Quawks is connected to test network and desktop Linux is connected to wired network (ethernet)
3. Please find attached webrtc-internals dump from both desktop and device Quawks and report from https://test.webrtc.org from device Quawks

5. Checking this issue on M51 older builds to see if this is a regression. I will update the bug accordingly
