Deprecate "client_capture" command line arg for network_WiFi tests

This is not a very popular option used for packet capturing on the DUT.
For debugging purposes, if we need pkt capturing on the DUT it can be triggered manually with tcpdump. Moreover only the old devices support monitor mode. Hence, remove this option.
