context_lost test on Android is failing some tests

GpuCrash.GPUProcessCrashesExactlyOnce
ContextLost.WebGLContextLostFromGPUProcessExit
and
ContextLost.WebGLContextListInHiddenTab
are failing on Android because the browser does not support tabs.

As we move away from Hera, maybe these tests will make sense again.

Taking this because the bots have been switched to use ChromePublic.apk instead of ContentShell.apk, and tab control is supported on the new configuration.

I tried running a couple of these tests against Dev Channel on Android (didn't have a current build) and they actually still time out -- it looks like crashing the GPU process via about:gpucrash doesn't work on Android the way it does on desktop. Unassigning; hopefully someone will investigate these tests, as they provide some benefit.
