Fracas Bug: make customized view for explaining Culprit finding results

Issue descriptionCurrently findit results are displayed in almost plain text. This is too hard to read, and is not intuitive enough to understand, especially when multiple culprits are found. The resolution is to change the result format Findit returns to Fracas, and customize the display to focus on the confidence score and reasons.

Some bugs from what i saw FindIt results are very hard to parse. 1. s/Findit-Suggested Culprits/Suspected Culprit CL(s) [Don't need to say FindIt since you say at end that it is powered by FindIt, maybe hyperlink FindIt]. 2. Need line breaks in FindIt output. Also hyperlink for file paths with line numbers will be good to have. 3. (0.6/1.0); others like (0.8571428571428572/1.0) with C letter is crazy confusing. Just replace with like 60% confidence or is it really needed ? 4. Who needs this info "Last updated 2016-05-06 05:06:09.854090" ? If this is debugging info, hide it somewhere in tooltips or somewhere else. 5. No need of both codereview and commit link. commit link has link to codereview, save space. 6. "No result found. Last updated 2016-05-11 01:18:55.309750". Sometimes last updated is after no result found and sometimes at end of "powered by FindIt".
