Click on the lock icon to bring up the page info dialog. When the dialog is open, click the lock icon again. The dialog should close, but instead it flashes closed and opens again. This happens at least on Mac.

In general, UI that is invoked by clicking an icon should be dismissed by clicking the icon again, e.g. the hamburger menu, or the bookmark bubble when clicking the bookmark star.

We should fix this as part of Jewelbox.
