Allow searches for issues with a particular anomaly

Project Member Reported by mbarbe...@chromium.org, May 5 2016

Issue description

Lukasz mentioned that it would be helpful if there was a way to search for issues that had a specific anomaly, for example to see all issues which seemed to be caused by a particular experiment. Filing a bug before I forget.

Don't worry about this until after launch.

We have had this discussion with inferno@ at the stability summit and I'm definitely interested in seeing fracas support experiments as a dimension you can slice data by.

Incidentally also mentioned by creis@ from ncarter@ and discussed yesterday.

Resolution is to add anomalies' text to the searchable table, so users will be able to plan text search for crashes that have anomalies related to an experiment/url/etc.
