After the change to adjust blacklisted crashes' scores, their relative ranking was not changed, because there is no sorting after the adjustment.

This was brought to my attention by jkummerow@, in which he saw some ~0 scores ranked higher than a score of 72.

Solution is to re-sort all crashes by score in preprocessing, after the scores have changed. This means that preprocess sorts the crashes twice instead of once.
