Chrome browser cannot be launched- icon will bounce couple of time and disappear

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.11; rv:46.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/46.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the Chrome browser
2. The icon will bounce a few times and disappear

What is the expected behavior?
The icon will bounce a few times and disappear. Unable to launch this app totally.

What went wrong?
Unable to launch this app totally.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: <Copy from: 'about:version'>  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.11.4
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it is not helping.
Tried the beta version too and the result is the same.
 
Do you have any crash reports in ~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/Crashpad/completed from when this happens (sort by date). Or in ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports.

I can't see the ~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/Crashpad/completed I only have ~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/NativeMessagingHosts

I have attached my copy of DiagnosticReports.

@ chquek8: Can you please try a fresh installation of chrome and let us know if this works.

Please do a fresh installation by deleting the chrome folder from the following path "/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Google/"

Tired and still not working. I reinstalled my OS and it is working now.

In these situations it would be good to check the Console app for messages from Chrome.

Closing out as the reporter says it's working now.
