Cmd-Tab doesn't switch through Chrome windows

Not sure whether this is intended behavior or not:

Today when you have multiple Chrome windows up and you press Cmd-Tab it won't switch between Chrome windows in focus (it switches to the next app instead.) This would be useful for toggling between multiple browser windows.

This is intended behavior. Cmd+Tab on OS X switches between apps, not windows. This is a system-wide function. Use Cmd+` to cycle through windows (or Exposé).
