What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Create bordered table with <thead> and empty <tbody>
(2) Add position relative to table and table td

What is the expected result?
Table <th> should have border

What happens instead?
table <th> have no border


This bug i discovered after i updated Chrome browser to newest version. 
When i remove position:relative from table or th, works fine.
