Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a youtube video on one of your two monitors and play the video on full screen mode.
2. Now click anywhere on the other monitor.
3. Note the taskbar shows on the youtube video.

What is the expected behavior?
The taskbar should not show just becuase you clicked on the other monitor.

What went wrong?
As you can see i'm in fullscreen mode but the taskbar is showing becuase i clicked on my other monitor
