Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open this page the New issue wizard
2. Click on the drop down button in the questions "Does the problem occur on multiple sites?" or the next one to make a selection.
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
The list drops down and allows to select the option. Then this option is shown as your selected answer.

What went wrong?
The list drops down but keeps blinking and makes it difficult to select. Some pages get stuck and you need to close it, others get stuck like this one, but works if you move to another application and come back to this page within a few seconds.

I have noticed this after the second last or last Chrome update. It happens on all pages. The same option works fine in Firefox.
