OS: 10.11.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to https://www.csimfunds.com/public/file/P-6970550/SLS37226_38_Fundamental_Index.pdf
(2) See page 1/4 at top of PDF viewer
(3) Only page 1 is displayed

What is the expected output?
All 4 pages.

What do you see instead?
Only 1 page.
