The lock icon should not be green of google.com/csi on iOS

Chrome Version       : 50.0.2661.77
OS                   : Windows 7

When I try to access https://www.google.com/csi on Windows or Android doesn't navigate, unless on a fresh page (unsecure page) and that's what I expected on iOS the lock icon should not be green.

The page is using HTTPS. Could you explain why the lock icon should not be green?
