What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  go to yahoo.com
2.  long press on any hyperlinks to get context menu, select any option from the context menu, or just close the context menu
3.  touch on any hyperlink  or scroll up and down on yahoo.com
4.  go to google.com, and long press to get context menu or touch on buttons/hyperlinks

What is the expected result? 
On step#3, touch should work after using context menu of hyperlinks

What happens instead?
On step#3, nothing happens.  Unable to open hyperlink. Touch scrolling down/up doesn't work. 

On step#4, touch works fine on google.com. Able to open context menu/buttons.
