Save as "Webpage complete" doesn't save @import'ed css files

Reported by teo8...@gmail.com, May 4 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.94 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
http://matteosistisette.com/test/stupidchrome/save_complete/

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. visit http://matteosistisette.com/test/stupidchrome/save_complete/
2. Do File -> Save as -> Web page (complete)
3. open the downloaded html file in Chrome

What is the expected behavior?
When saving the page, Chrome should save the file test.css which is linked through an @import statement in a <style></style> tag.
Hence, the page you downloaded should look identical to the online one

What went wrong?
The file test.css is not downloaded, and hence when you open the downloaded page will look different (smaller text)

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.94 Channel: stable
OS Version:
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Forgot to add: and obviously modify the html according to the path where the file would be saved (just like it does with css files linked through <link> tags or images, etc)
