Snap to scroll when most likely is not fully rendered on initial page load |

Issue descriptionWhen most likely is not fully rendered on the page, when scrolling do not scroll to snippets but rather introduce an additional snap to most likely at the top. Potentially add peeking card if snippets are enabled - UI to come back on this.
