Adding some font/text experts. Feel free to add even more experts for instance regarding the chinese scripts.

As a non-expert in this area, I wonder if with the given testcase it possible (without explicit lang
information) to do a better job of detecting traditional instead of simple chinese. It seems IE does it somehow.

Fallback on system locale for font selection

If two character have the same unicode, Font will depend on the language attribute.
But if Font do not get locale from net response and Html tag, it should be defaultLanguage.
It should not only be EN.
