Check tabstrip performance in MD |

Issue descriptionThe MD tabstrip does a lot more Skia work on every tab to create paths and render them. There's some caching of the resulting tab images, but that fails for themed tabstrips since each tab may look different. We need to verify that the new tabstrip doesn't have perf problems when things are themed and there are lots of tabs (say 50+). If it does, we may need to cache more paths or something. I could use help with this.
