Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8172.16.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.29 Safari/537.36 Platform: 8172.16.0 (Official Build) dev-channel parrot Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. set the two flags for cursor and input text accessibility features 2. check the boxes in Settings>>show advanced settings>>Accessibility 3. observe red and blue circles 4. go to flags and set all to Default 5. restart browser/or power cycle machine 6. red and blue circles persist [option for them is removed from accessibility menu, correctly] 3. What is the expected behavior? red and blue circles disappear What went wrong? resetting flags to Default does not honor the 'unset" feature. Powerwashing to revert is a poor UX. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 51.0.2704.29 Channel: dev OS Version: 8172.16.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0 I am a TC in Chromebook Central. No user reports of this as yet. This is a lovely set of features, BTW, and will be most welcomed by vision-impaired users. Bu other users should be able to unset easily.
