Removed /b/build/slave/Android_Galaxy_S5_Perf__3_/build/src/out$/bad_devices.json

Edited out the device (error) from /b/build/site_config/.known_devices and
/b/build/slave/Android_Galaxy_S5_Perf__3_/build/src/out/.last_devices

What is interesting here is that one device has a very flakey display.
