This is to document that if you
- create an AVSampleBufferDisplayLayer
- feed it IOSurfaces that are 420v
- and those IOSurfaces have not had a color profile specified

Then sometimes they will not appear on-screen (strange, huh!).

Attached is a sample program that will turn black when run in fullscreen mode unless a color profile is specified.

This is hardware dependent and seems to only happen on Intel macs.
