Chrome Crashes Repeatedly

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome
2. Go to any URL, including Google services
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
To navigate without having the tabs/browser crashing so constantly.

What went wrong?
Get the "Aw Snap! Error", Chrome freezes and has to be restarted.

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.94  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

*All extensions are being disabled and the issue persists.
*tried Beta and Canary and the issue is still reproducible. Canary freezes much less though.
*Cleared cache and local data. 
*Happens with multiple users.
