Browser window gone crazy after RDP session

Project Member Reported by grt@chromium.org, May 3 2016

Issue description

I don't know what to make of this. I was connected to a Win box via RDP and had a browser window maximized (F11). When I returned to console, I find this browser window that I can't interact with. I can bring it to the foreground via the taskbar, but can't type into it or do anything else. Clicks don't hit it. Nothin'. I had a bunch of tabs in there that I was quite fond of. :-) I haven't tried to repro yet. CCing a few people randomly to see if you think of any state I should try to grab before relaunching.

Note: the actual window on my screen shows the contents of the tab I was viewing when I closed the RDP session. I've whited out the non-white portions for confidentiality's sake, but note the window borders (left, bottom, right, but not top). These I haven't touched.

Here are details about the Window hierarchy for the affected browser window. I'm killing the process so I can get back to work. Perhaps I'll pull a full memory dump just in case someone finds that useful.
