Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 7978.66.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.91 Safari/537.36 Platform: 7978.66.0 (Official Build) stable-channel tidus Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Upgrade to ChromeOS 50 2. Switch to developer mode 3. login, let computer go to sleep or shut the lid (screen has to go off) 4. awake the computer What is the expected behavior? Computer should awake and be useable What went wrong? When I updated to Chrome 50, I can no longer use developer mode. Whenever the computer goes to sleep and I re-awake it, the UI is not redrawn correctly. I get big patches of black and the screen doesn't update. I verified this happens on my Lenovo Chromebox and Pixel. The Pixel I even powerwashed and the same thing happens as soon as a go into developer mode. Any suggestions? Did this work before? Yes Chrome 49 Chrome version: 50.0.2661.91 Channel: stable OS Version: 7978.66.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Not sure what is the right component. Maybe Sessions?

I don't believe the test here is triggering session restore, just coming out of hibernation. Seems graphics related.
