Just to clarify the report, are you saying that a connection from Mac to Windows works correctly, but from Linux to the same Windows machine connects but gives you a white screen? Are the Mac and Linux machines on the same network? If you use a smaller Chromoting window on the Linux machine, does it work?

Can you also confirm the version of the Chromoting app you have installed on the Max and Linux client machines?

On Mac I have the app 50.0.2661.22. The white screen appears for a second or two then I get the login screen.

On Linux the version is 51.0.2704.7. It's on the same corp network but different subdomain. The smaller window doesn't work too. I see only a white screen. It started a few days ago. But then I was able to login if I opened a session on another machine and then connected from Linux (the screen stayed white after reboot, that is when you pick an account). Now it doesn't work at all for me.

Can you send us client logs from the Linux machine corresponding to a failed connection?

How can I collect them?

* With the app running, visit chrome://extensions
* Ensure that the "Developer Mode" checkbox at the top right of the page is checked.
* Scroll down to the Chrome Remote Desktop extension.
* Click the main.html link
* Select the Console tab.
* Copy/paste the logs.

Ok, I understand what's going on. This is a dupe of  bug 608491 , but I hadn't realized that it affects this connection mode as well. There's a fix ready for QA and then release, but since the bug affects more users than we thought, we'll revert the current 10% rollout as well.
