Cannot select text for copy in windows tablet with touch

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.94 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1.Navigate to any web page. For example https://www.google.ca/intl/en/about/ 2. Try to select text to copy 3. Try single tap or double What is the expected behavior? Using touch I expect to be able to highlight and select text so that it can be copied to clipboard. What went wrong? There doesn't seem to be a way to select text that is not in a input field. Did this work before? Yes In previous versions of chrome Chrome version: 50.0.2661.94 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
