Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8270.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2721.0 Safari/537.36 Platform: 8270.0.0 (Official Build) canary-channel link Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Choose a solid color for a custom background 2. Minimize and then maximize Chrome 3. Observe the shift in color What is the expected behavior? Color stays the same What went wrong? There's a millisecond flash and the color shifts Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 52.0.2721.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 8270.0.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 Try the attached wallpaper. It's very pronounced with blue colors. The flash happens with any background though. I think this has been happening ever since freon landed, I just never gotten around to reporting it.
