Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Choose a solid color for a custom background
2. Minimize and then maximize Chrome
3. Observe the shift in color

What is the expected behavior?
Color stays the same

What went wrong?
There's a millisecond flash and the color shifts

Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Try the attached wallpaper. It's very pronounced with blue colors. The flash happens with any background though. 

I think this has been happening ever since freon landed, I just never gotten around to reporting it.
