ERR_BAD_SSL_CLIENT_AUTH_CERT

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.94 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
www.facebook.com www.linkedin.com

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Log on to www.facebook.com
2. Log on to www.linkedin.com
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Automatically open profile pages

What went wrong?
This site can’t provide a secure connection

www.facebook.com didn’t accept your login certificate, or your login certificate may have expired.
Try contacting the system admin.

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? Yes Continuously until yesterday

Does this work in other browsers? No Internet Explorer

Has this issue been resolved yet? I'm experiencing the same issue all of a sudden. My system clock is correct, I've tried installing Chrome Canary and that didn't work, cleared cache and cookies, etc. Oddly enough, this is also affecting my YouTube app on my Galaxy Note 4.
