What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to a Facebook page with a video (in feed or separate, like https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1168598416540816&id=194000460667288)
(2) Try to cast the video
(3) Observe

What is the expected output?
The video casts successfully or not at all (Chrome shouldn't show the Cast button at all).

What do you see instead?
The Cast player is loaded on the Chromecast and the local video player turns into remote playback mode in Chrome. However, the Chromecast shows a black screen and the video can't be resumed. Local playback works fine upon stopping casting.
