Casting videos from cnn.com doesn't work well when the video is not playing |

Issue descriptionVersion: 52 (developer build) OS: Android M What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Go to a video page on cnn.com, for example, http://edition.cnn.com/2016/05/03/football/leicester-city-150m-windfall/index.html (2) wait until the page and the video element load (3) cast the video, w/o playing it locally What is the expected output? The video casts and plays on a CC successfully What do you see instead? Cast device loads the player and shows a black screen (like the video is paused at the zero timestamp), then if the video started locally, disconnects. The video controls in Chrome show the video as connected, but local playback starts. There's some blinking (navigations) happening right after the video has been cast. Casting when the video is playing works fine.

Some of these sites are using redirect tricks to play ads, so I'm not sure I would expect this to always work.
