the code is attached in the duplicate:

http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=60868

Also, many examples on the pyjamas site don't work (oddly enough, even though the hello example didn't work on my computer, it does work on the examples site):
http://pyjs.org/examples/
This is a security issue.

The script ONLY runs when loaded from the internet
Does it work if you start chrome with --allow-file-access-from-files flag?
Yea, it works

Great. This is 'working as intended' then - the change was made on issue 4197 . See that and bug 40787 for more details. You can currently use either the --allow-file-access-from-files flag or a local webserver as a workaround.

There's Issue 47416 which suggests loosening the policy a bit - you might want to star that if you want to get notified of updates related to this.
