An old issue, but I couldn't find a good bug for it.  Please Duplicate this bug if you know of one.  See also http://crosbug.com/p/51830.


1. On chrome://settings, set the "Font size" to Very Small.
2. Visit a webpage such as the google search for cat: https://www.google.com/#q=cat
3. See that some text is very small, but some, such as the Google Now Card text, is not.
4. Change the font size to Very Large.
5. Observe the webpage again.  Some text changes size, but some does not.


Expect that all text would get larger or smaller based on the setting.
