Version: Google Chrome 50.0.2661.94 and 52.0.2722.1 using Flash versions 21.0.0.216 and 22.0.0.137
OS: Windows 10 64-bit and Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Load http://glgltz.co.il/ (a popular Israeli social media website)
(2) Click the black and orange play button to open a popup and play a video

What is the expected output?

The video in the popup window should play the first time.

What do you see instead?

The first popup fails to play (popup_error.png) and displays the below DevTools output. If you close the popup and click the play button again then the video will play successfully (popup_success.png) each additional time.

There is some evidence to suggest that the video played correctly in Google Chrome 49. However, the problem may be timing related so it's hard to say for sure. I have not tested on OS X.
