Device name: Nexus 5 Android version: 6.0 Fingerprint: WebView version: 51.0.2704.28 Application: Application version: URLs: http://sceditor.com/ Steps to reproduce: Steps to reproduce: (1)Download any Arabic keyboard from play store (2)Download WebView Based app from playstore Ex: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=info.android1.webview&hl=en (3)Open the URL http://sceditor.com/ (4)keep typing Arabic alphabets without Space. Expected result: characters should display properly in next line. Actual result: The first line of text is displayed correctly but when it goes to next line, only one character is displayed from there on for each line. Issue not observed in previous webview versions. Video is attached.

This reproduces on desktop chrome as well, and appears to be a regression between m50 and m51. Do you mind if I lift the restrict-view-google? +kojii who is cc'ed on similar bugs.
