What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start with a fresh device.
2. Add --derelict-detection-timeout=10 --derelict-idle-timeout=10 to /etc/chrome_dev.conf
3. Stop auto demo mode video by pressing a key.
4. Hit "Get work done"
5. Mouse-over "What if I use..." at the bottom left of the screen.

What is the expected output?
Should display an explanation.

What do you see instead?
Just moves by a few pixels.

The same applies for the Play Music demo.
