make video player commands transparent [feature request]

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2716.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. native video player

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
nothing is wrong, but I think it could be slightly better with commands toolbar slightly transparent, and maybe less height.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 52.0.2716.0  Channel: dev
OS Version: 10.0
