Non-Regression : Able to click back navigation arrow when no name is entered for Profile

Project Member Reported by mm00333...@techmahindra.com, May 2 2016

Issue description

Version: 52.0.2722.0
OS: Ubuntu 12.04,14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome -> go to Chrome://md-settings page
(2)Now click on Avatar icon under "People" -> Now remove the profile name and try to click on back navigation arrow(Please refer video)

Expected: User should not be able to click on back navigation arrow until Profile name is entered
Actual: Instead able to click on back navigation arrow even no name is entered

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from 51.0.2701.0 and before builds we can see crash on clicking back navigation arrow

Note: In chrome://settings/manageProfile page remove the profile Name and now observe disabled save button (Please refer "Expected_ProfileNameInSeetings" video)

Hi, this is working as intended.

When the user clicks Back without entering a Profile name, the old profile name is preserved.
