Regression : Unwanted line is seen below file favicon in resources of devtools on zoomout

Version:  52.0.2722.0 dev 
OS: Ubuntu 12.04,14.04,windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and open devtools on any page >> Go to Resources section and expand any of the folder such that .html/.js files are seen
(2) Now zoom out devtools  once[90%]/thrice and observe file favicons

Expected: No unwanted lines should be seen under favicon icons.
Actual: Instead unwanted lines are seen.

This is a regression issue broken in M52.

Good Build: 52.0.2721.0 dev
Bad Build: 52.0.2722.0 dev.

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.11.4 using chrome version 52.0.2722.0

Checked the issue on 54.0.2816.0 dev,linux. Still unwanted lines are seen on zooming in devtools once using [Ctrl++].

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7, Linux Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest M54 54.0.2840.41 and canary 55.0.2880.4 .Not seeing the lines with Zoom in dev tools.

sc00335628@ could you please check this on latest version and update the thread if the issue still persists.
