Issue descriptionVersion:52.0.2715.0 OS: Ubnutu 14.04,12.04, Windows, CrOS URL: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-hangouts/knipolnnllmklapflnccelgolnpehhpl?hl=en-GB What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch Browser>> go to Webstore>> add Google Hangouts app>> login with valid credentials>> and observe Expected: White patch should not be seen on top right Actual: Instead white patch is seen This is a Regression issue broken in M52, Will provide other info soon Issue is seen in Windows and CrOS also Adding blocker label as this is a recent regression, please feel free to remove if not the case

Unable to provide the tool result as Chromium wont allow to sign in and check the above scenario. From the manual changelog: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/52.0.2718.0..52.0.2719.0?pretty=fuller&n=10000 Could this be related to https://codereview.chromium.org/1920453003 or https://codereview.chromium.org/1925703003 cbiesinger@ and Xianzhu@: Could anyone of you please take a look and help in investigating this further.
