Regression: Permission bubble is not seen properly after exiting fullscreen.

Issue descriptionChrome Version:52.0.2721.0 (Official Build)142b98e4d3b296b478eb5e549edb3ab2797a5f52-refs/heads/master@{#390803} OS: MAC (10.10.5) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to https://permission.site/ 2. Click on Fullscreen button and then click on ‘MIDI’ button or any button such that permission bubble occurs (centre) 3. Click on the page and then press ‘Esc’ button . 4. Observe. Actual: Permission bubble is not seen properly after exiting fullscreen. Expected: Permission bubble should be seen properly after exiting fullscreen. This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 52’ and will soon update the info. Good build:52.0.2719.0 Bad build:52.0.2721.0

I think the previous positioning was also bad.

One solution would be to just block entering / leaving fullscreen while a permission bubble is open :P
