Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start downloading more than 1 file.
2. Scroll down through download history.

What is the expected behavior?
Active downloads should appear only once under the Today heading.

What went wrong?
All but the most recently started download appear multiple times.

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.94  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Only applies to multiple downloads and only if there is enough of a download history to scroll through (multiple pages in length).
