After a while, starts crashing and slow overall

Reported by sar...@gmail.com, May 1 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS i686 7978.66.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.91 Safari/537.36
Platform: 978.66.0 (Official Build) beta-channel x86-alex_he

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use Chromebook
2. One tab crashes
3. All tabs and extension crashes

What is the expected behavior?
It doesn't

What went wrong?
The whole system is slow and hitching, I've disabled all extensions and plugins and still happens, so added it back.

Happens on Windows too, the whole browser seems slow and crappy, done a chrome://tracing

Crashed report ID: Doesn't upload...?

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.91 Channel: beta
OS Version: 7978.66.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

It is making my Chromebook become a paperweight, I'm needing a faster and faster laptop just to use Chrome, chrome tracing isn't giving me the right info to help debug, e.g. "look at this, its taking 40 seconds, it is probably this" like procmon, and whatever is crashing might be related too!

Any help would be great, online or offline

Is your network ok ?
you are on beta channel, have you try switching to stable channel ?

Comment 2 by sar...@gmail.com, May 20 2016

Network is fine.

It was happening in stable, so I moved to beta to see if it helped.

Is there any more details I can get?

in c#1 you mention it happens on windows also. Does it works fine with other browser like IE or Firefox ?
Is there a particular website that causes the crash ?

Will try again, tonight.

Basically my work PC slows down, but I have 16gb of RAM so not really noticeable, but with the Chromebook very noticeable.

It feels like a memory leak but doesn't show as one.

I want to be able to log and be able to help, like line level operations speeds e.g. procmon for windows.

It's frustrating not being able to help you guys, as currently by tablet is better at browsing

So currently, the beta is better performing, by a lot.

Has there been a specific commit change?

I will keep an eye on it though.
