Fullscreen mode not working on Google Pixel C

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Restart the device. 2. Open a scrollable website. 3. Scroll down. What is the expected behavior? When scrolling down, Chrome normally swipes out the Tabs-bar and the Omnibox in order to display more of the viewed page. This is kinda fullscreen-mode. What went wrong? Since Chrome v49 and ongoing in v50 Chrome don't swipe out the Tabs-bar and the Omnibox. This happens only on the Goolge Pixel C tablet and after restarting the device. A solution until the next restart is to force stop Chrome, delete the data followed by a fresh setup. This works until the next restart. Than the issue is back. A factory-reset of the device didn't fix this. I don't know if it is a Pixel-C- or Chrome-related issue so I've posted this at the Nexus Help Forum, too. Yes With Chrome v48 Chrome version: 50.0.2661.89 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.0.1 Flash Version: N/A

All I can say is, that in between I found four other persons facing the same issue. Two of them didn't know that it's an issue, they thought you've just disabled that feature on the Pixel C. Steps to reproduce are as simple as described above. After restarting the Pixel C Chrome "forget" about swiping out Tabs and Omnibox. Those other people stated that behavior since Chrome 49 and ongoing, too. Im sorry, I'm not able to do a video of that. The solution: stopping Chrome, delete it's data and do a fresh setup helps. But after restarting the device, the issue is back.

Just after installing the latest security update on my Pixel C the device restarted and the fullscreen-issue is back, again. Now I have to reset Chrome another time.
