A URL's origin doesn't contain its port when the port is 0

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2715.0 Safari/537.36

new URL("http://foo.com:0/").origin

Able to reproduce the issue on mac 10.11, Linux 14.04 and win8.1 chrome version 52.0.2722.0 and 50.0.2661.94 - Please find the screenshot

This is working fine in Firefox browser

This is a non regression issue existing since M35 builds to latest canary
