Browser crashed and extensions were removed and weird page popped up when I reloaded

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Browser crashed and when I reloaded a page I hadn't visited popped up. I will include a screenshot. Most of my extension had been removed as well.
(2)I know how to remove extensions and was not removing anything at the time of the crash.

What is the expected result?

Oh shit i dontnrecall all extensions lastpass, hangouts, a few others. I power washed since 5he incident.
