The images extracted in DOM distiller should be center aligned

Reader Mode and Simplify Print currently use DOM distiller, and the extracted images should be center aligned.

This was less of an issue when we only use Reader Mode on Clank and let images maximize to the width of viewport. However, after retaining image size in https://codereview.chromium.org/1754213004/ , this became more visible.

Make images center aligned after distillation

This is mainly for Simplify Print, but also for smaller images in Reader
Mode.
