What steps will reproduce the problem?
Not sure and or there is no way to reproduce the problem. This issue currently exists on the Acer Chromebook 11.

What is the expected result?
Expected result is to be able to adjust the volume correctly using the function keys/volume keys or by using the using the volume slider.

What happens instead of that?
The volume stays mute and does not go up using the slider or the volume keys and the audio does not work and doesn't even make a sound.
